The Bible says in the Book of John the 14th Chapter and the 27th verse, Jesus speaking,
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
Later Jesus said, "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer: I have overcome the world." John 16:33
Peace, real peace can only be found in Christ. He paid the price for our sins. We are free from the guilt, we are free from the burden of trying to do the right thing to "earn" our way into heaven. We have the free gift of Eternal Life in Jesus Christ. We don't have to do good works to get into heaven, or earn the favor of God, we are in, if we're in Christ. Does that mean we shouldn't do good things? No, but if we love Him who first loved us, then we will do all those things anyway...
Remember, it's about PEACE. The Peace that is only available in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Peace can't be found or bought any place else. The answer isn't in a bottle, a needle, a bank account, a nice 4x4, property, a decent job, or any place else, except in the Bible and in Christ. May the Lord open your eyes to see the Truth (John 17:17).
Real peace does not have place for hatred, racism, or anti-semitism or anti-zionism. America is NOT Israel. Our blessings are from Christ and not from the law. Those that preach separatism or the purity of the races do not understand what the Bible teaches. We cannot build our doctrine on one passage or even one book, but on the entire Word of God. In the fullness of the Book will you find lasting peace. True world Peace will not happen until the Lord Jesus Christ returns and establishes his Kingdom..
