Proof that Microsoft isn't supposed to work right

First of all, let me explain this. The picture you see below is a snapshot of an error message I recieved on Microsoft Internet Explorer for a number of months. It no longer does it, I think when we upgraded from Win98 to WinME it got rid of the error message, but it sure is funny. Let me repeat this. THIS WAS A REAL ERROR MESSAGE. I am NOT making this up.

Okay, can everyone out there see that? It says, just in case you can't read it for some reason "Error" at the top and "The operation completed successfully." Now, does anyone find it odd that MS would put out an error message when it even admits that it was done right. Does that mean that MS ISN'T suppose to work right, and thus the error message when it DOES...

BTW, if anyone actually knows what this is, please email me. It happened when I closed my MSIE client, almost without fail. My email's tuvas@email.arizona.edu.
