All of the images and the code are included in the zip file. Fill in the names of the pages on the button1.jpg, button2.jpg etc., fill in the page addresses in the code, and you should be ready to roll. An extra Blanklogo.jpg is included so that you can insert your own name (with a graphics program) where the Dr. Nad logo is.
