DJGPP documentation

Here are links to pages with djgpp specific information, for assembler look the other section. The main site to get information about djgpp is the DJ's server but he have an slow connection so don't abuse please, save any page from him in your local disk and then read it off-line or just print it.

* LBInstDJ v0.4.1 by Laurynas Biveinis is comand-line utility which does all the work related to extracting zips and updating your system. It is in your first steps but could help you to install djgpp if you don't know much about environment variables and path. Sources. Home Page.

* The djgpp User Guide is a text covering all the information needed by a new user of djgpp. Still under developing.

* An interesting page with links sorted as basic questions is here. This page will help you to navigate the DJ's server.

* The djgpp Lexicon is, as your name says, a little dictionary that explains the basic terms used in this enviroment

* The djgpp FAQ covers almost all the problems that you can see while using djpgg. That's a really complet documentation and have information for any type of users (newbies and advanced). If you are using djgpp and don't have it don't wait even a second, get it now!. You can read the FAQ on-line but I don't think that's the best idea. You can download the FAQ from Simtelnet or any of your mirrors. The FAQ is maintained by Eli Zaretskii and is a great piece of work. Now v2.30 available!

* How-To database that's a collection of texts on how to do some specific things with djgpp and related tools.

* The history of DJGPP.

* A talk about the DJGPP project that Eli Zaretskii gave during the 3rd International Symposium on Multilingual Information Processing in Tsukuba, Japan which was held on 23-25 March 1999 can be found in the DJ's server. The talk covers a lot of the djgpp project.

* Catalog is a page in the DJ's server with a catalog of djgpp programs. Under construction (8/97).

* DJVerify v0.4a by John M. Aldrich is a program to verify and diagnose your djgpp installation. The program is in beta but is very good. Original link.
