Mt. Fuji and Hakone

Mt. Fuji ( Fuji-san in japanese) Mount Fuji is the tallest mountain of Japan. Height of this conical shaped volcanic mountain is 3776 meters. In winter, snow-capped Mt. Fuji is picture perfect.
Complete view of Mt. Fuji is a bit rare since view is generally obstructed by clouds. I went to Mt. Fuji twice but could not capture this picture perfect mountain in its entirety.

Hakone Hakone is known for panoramic beauty, lakes and volcanic hot springs. It is worth making a cable car ride and ship ride.

Both Hakone and Mt. Fuji is a one day trip from Tokyo.
