The important issue for a INTERNET Network is the deviation of the Data
Trafic from the normal voice call flows. At TELEBRASILIA this is done ,
with equipments prepared to do so at the Local exchanges switch.
At this point the DATA trafic flows through a Frame Relay Backbone ,
with high Bandwidth capability.
The Benefit in doing so , is that the data call doesn't flows together
with voice calls. Doing so , increases the capacity of the overall system.
