1. Cut meat into chunks & brown it with flour
2. Saute onions and garlic in with the meat
3. Add a large can of diced tomatoes
and simmer
the longer it is simmered, the more tender tough cuts of meat will
be
4. Add spices: salt, pepper, thyme
5. Add vegetables: Peppers, Celery,
Mushrooms
add vegetables 20 minutes or so before it is ready depending on
how cooked you want them
