My third grandfather
I could have....done something, maybe,
if I had been able to get to him in time...
if I had known when he went in,
rather than a week later.
now he slumbers in the
embrace of the Goddess...
I never really knew him well,
but my father's mother loved him,
so he can't have been all that bad.
he's with her now,
after a fourteen year wait,
and he's not suffering anymore.
I never got to know him well,
but I'll still miss him....
(for my grandpa Ed, my father's stepfather)
