There is one Frank Lloyd Wright house in Tennessee:
Seamour Shavin House (#339), Chattanooga,
Tennessee, 1950
According to William Allin Storrer, this house is one of the
few designs by Frank Lloyd Wright that sits on the hill, rather
than wraps around or fits into the crest of the hill. See Taliesin
East for the most famous example of a Wright house that is
"of the hill" rather than "on the hill". This house has a view
of the Tennessee River and the mountains.
