Although I haven't been involved actively in industrial photography for several years, since joining the staff at Yediot Aharonot, Israel's major daily newspaper, opting for a full- time career in photojournalism, I've chosen to present a small selection of my photography in this field. My involvement in this area included both location and studio photography, using 35mm, medium - (6 x 4.5cm) and large - format (4" x 5") equipment. Working in proximity to the Haifa Bay area, Israel's center for heavy industry, will explain why many of my clients specialized in the fields of metallurgy, chemicals and petro - chemicals, notably: Israel Chemicals, Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd., Israel Oil Refineries, Haifa Chemicals and others, to whom I provided technical, documentary, corporate and aerial photography.
