Karlo Nilo Buhay Samson suffers from acute dromomania, the uncontrollable impulse to travel. His writing job earns him a mere pittance which is spent mostly on his unreliable automobile. Understandably, he doesn't get out of town much. He plays the classical guitar when he is happy and loud electric lead when he is not. He adores his pet cat and thinks labradors are dumb animals. He hopes that someone from the National Geographic takes pity on his sorry lot in life and hires him as a staff writer.
