Carol shares her concern for Free the Children
Help to try to do something about children who live enslaved and forced to work for up to sixteen hours a day. These children around the world are forced to work long hours for very little pay, sometimes chained to looms in Pakistani carpet factories making rugs; others making soccer balls, fireworks, matches, glass, clay bricks; all under dangeous conditions. Robbed of the hopes, spirit, dreams, and their abilities. Taken from them is their education. These children also work as miners, drug runners and prostitutes. Please visit their site and see how easy it is to help and how you can make this a better world. |
1. Easy to start by just printing
out a letter to send to
The Prime Minister of Canada to ask for help to abolish child exploitation
in Third World Countries,
& you don't even need to put a stamp on the envelope, because any letter
that goes to a minister in Ottawa can be posted for
free. 2. Start and sign an email petition to end child labour abuse
