Well, lesse here, my music is a mixture of ambient/techno/rave/metal/funk/punk. In other words, I try to write a lot of different types. I just dug up 2 songs that have been sitting on cdrom.com for quite awhile now. They are ambient/rave/stupid type songs. Go to The Rave to get the scoop on them. Subject: Green Raver

Hey, wicked theme pack! I love it. It sounds great through my system because
I've got mini speakers, with treble boosters, which I use as tweeters, and I
hotwired bedroom speakers through an old stereo amp of mine, which are used
for base and full sound. The little guys are on top of the system, and the
big guys are furthur into my room, but still on either side of me. I took an
old set of headphones, cut the earphones off, and soldered male stereo jacks
to the wires. Then I bought a splitter at Radio Shack for like 2 bucks or
something, plugged it into the back, and plugged in the little speakers and
the headphone jack. Then I ran the stereo couplings in to the amp, out to
speakers, presto! It's as lloud as my bedroom stereo.
Anyway, I have a question. Is the sound for Exclamation from DOOM?

Woah there Rob. Either someone needs to hire you on as an electrician, or you are one of those guys who buys the double ply toilet paper and then separates the two sheets to save money. Either way, yes, you are right. the exclamation sound is indeed from DOOM. Now go out and buy some real speakers! --Devious

I'm not sure if this is the address 2 write 2, but I was
just wondering where did u get the music for the Green Raver theme.
(ie: start-up music, empty recycling bin music, and
shut-down music)

Man, it really sucks that I never paid much attention to where or what these songs were. When I finish RedRave, I'll be sure to know what the tracks are or at least where the tracks come from. --Devious

Hey there, glad to see you checking the rave theme out. The only club I frequent regularly is right in town where I live (Madison, WI) called the Inferno. Before that I was a common rave goer, but I haven't been to one in over 3 years. I still write some occasional rave music, just for the fact that it doesn't take too long to do. --Devious

props to the new theme! however, i was wondering why you did add new sounds?
is it because it's a pain in the butt to find them?

I'm assuming you meant to say "why DIDN'T you add new sounds?" and yes, it is a small pain in the butt to find them. (I do plan on having new sounds on the 'RedRave' theme though). Another reason there aren't new sounds is because I don't have a whole lot of space to work with on my account. You might be saying "just upload them to an FTP server", but once I do that, I am at their deleting mercy. For now we will have small themes on my account. --Devious
