He was once a HECK's Angel + probably lost his eye then. Monty associates with Snoopy after Woodstock's somewhat mysterious death. At RAG-AND-BONAROK, he distracts McGruff by posing as an informant. The action helps PALIVVER escape the KOMIX KODE, but also leads to his own quietus
