This piece, entitled 'plush' is a good example of how a reflective surface can be accentuated . The velvet surface, already having two distinct colour tones depending on the angle of viewing, is heightened by the even more reflective media applied to it. The end result is a rich beautiful texture. 11x12",acrylic & mixed media on velvet.
