It always makes me chuckle when I'm in class, and a new theory is being discussed, and one of the assumptions made is that homo sapiens is a rationally acting species. I think that you'll agree with me after reading some of the articles at the following sites. People do the strangest things. So strange that they cannot be made up. These things really do happen, and what scares me, is that I'm no longer surprised. Amused, maybe, but not surprised, because if there's one thing that I've learned in my life it's to never,ever, overestimate the so-called superiority of mankind.
