What is the embrace anyway?.. The embrace is the act where a vampyre is "born"..
where the Syre bites the mortal, and then lets the mortal drink of his vampyre blood
thereby changing the mortal into a kindred... The embrace can happen in many forms
Either violently,peacefully,dramatically or consentfully.. To take an example I will
tell you all about my Embrace.. Which were very dramatic
I was born in 1725 in Madrid,Spain, and became a vampyre in 1749.. My Syre (Which I never learned to know)
was killed by a Ventrue just after My Syre completed the Dark Trick.. I narrowly escaped that event
much thanks to that the ventrue didn't see me as important at the time.. Newlyfledged as I was
I had no knowledge whatsoever what It meant to be a kindred.. But I have always had a suspicion
that someone high in the Clan I joined (The Toreadors) held his or hers and over me and secretly
guided me through the learning process every Vampyres have to go through... I then decided to hold
My existance a secret till the day I learned that the Ventrue who had killed my Sire so Threacherously
had been punished himself.. By means of eternal trapping inside a coffin..After that I slowly emerged
from my secret existence and have then become a respected member of the Camarilla.. And also come to be
respected by many other vampyres
