Eric Lockemore is your average teen-age guy. Well, at least he was, until things turned all wierd and he and his buddy, Matt Lodeouski, got zapped by a midget from somewhere else. Now, as if problems with work, school, zits, and girls, wasn't enough, he has to save the world to boot. Eric's a dreamer--he believes in any and everything. Up until last year, he still believed in Santa Claus until Matt told him otherwise. Now he secretly believes that aliens just took Santa away and the government's covering the whole thing up. So when the boys got the powers of the chosen, it was Eric's bright idea to become superheroes. So with a little coaxing, some spiffy costumes, and funky code-names, Locke and Lode become the first official heroes of the Mantle Press universe.
