Well I am a tired little teddy bear. Can't hack getting up in the morning. Craig's off to London today and after work he's going to Leeds till the weekend. Got a tape of the Breeders + The house of love to listen to in the car. Hearing from Rachel gives me the push to do things. See you later.
Motherhood means mental freeze.
Work figures greatly. Evan left today taking various items, inspires pep talk by Gary. I am assured that if I do my best nothing more is expected - if work isn't done on time, if customers go elsewhere - it can't be helped. Don't worry. Reassured. Felt it was good for morale but behind Gary's back Alistair + Andy were saying 'load of bullshit', 'give the company 2 months' etc etc. gary is getting a computer from Kettering Comp. centre for my use.
Looked through evening classes - last day to enrol tomorrow, as a student I get 50% remission on fees. Interested in English lit/lang A level if I can get on it. Guitar might be okay. Also french and german A level but they are only available day time. Shall ask if I can have time off and make the time up evenings or weekends. If I don't do them this year it'll cost me £150 a piece - I'll miss out on the 1/2 price for students you see.
The way things are going I think the company is financially on the up again. My plan for after BSI - ask Gary to arrange so I am doing comp work, if necessary get someone (praps only part time) in front office so I can do comp work at least a couple of days. Still stay late friday or go in Saturday or something to clear back log of paper work. feel positive - think I have resolved my differences with Andy (probably my standing up for myself). Things are okay, of course they'd be better if I had some interaction with a certain Miss Clark - not seen her since 'then'. Would like to see her as a special friend but failing that would just like to see her. Must write to Rachel Hurst sometime.
