 s a bit of background information I'll tell you a little about myself. I'm a 20 year old student studing Computer Science at Queens University Belfast in Northern Ireland. I have lived all my life in this country, but I have only been living in Belfast for the past few years. Currently I am living in Dublin, working for Microsoft WPG Ireland on a work placement as part of my degree. As you'll see if you browse through this site I have a deep passion for Northern Ireland, and in particular Belfast:)
 o...what is the point of this site? Why did you bother making it?
The answer is simple. I've lived for a few years in Belfast, and before I moved there I'd heard so many bad things about it. If I had a penny for every time I was told that Belfast was "too dangerous". I know people who live in England who were scared of their lives to visit the city for a weekend. Thats crazy. What I aim to do here is explain how the troubles affect the city, and show some of the positive aspects of the place as I see them. Personally I love Belfast, and if you visit it, I think you will too.
