The fireplace is burning and so are the hearts
of those inside the room.
I greet them with a loud "HELLAY".
We talk and talk for hours and it feels just yesterday
I logged on and found the channel called
#The_Writersclub.
I was only a young boy, new to IRC.
I found the room and I entered and the warmth
that met me was like the warmth of a 1000 candles.
There were young and there were old,
there were tall and there were small.
There was people of many differences
but one thing kept them going: Writing.
The writing process is forever on going
and the creativity and the fantasy of those inside
#The_Writersclub is the one that brings the club at
the very surface of the InterNet society.
I want to dedicate this line of lyric credited Genesis,
to a very special friend,
the friend that created #The_Writersclub:
"Soon all she had to do was step into the light,
For everyone to start to roar".
You know who you are.
