HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!

Well, I would just like to take this opportunity to say how much the_WritersClub, the Round Robin, and all it's members have meant to me. Within the time of its creation and now, I have grown so much as a person and a writer. Everyone one of you has touched my life in one way or another. Whether it has been through the conversations we have carried on in the channel, the correspondence we have had through email, or your writing. But you know what? That is why writers are such special people. Writers know how to say what they want to say, without any bullshit or façade. Communication is a tool that we have mastered and yet are constantly struggling to find more eloquent or interesting ways of using that tool. And this clearly shows in the pieces you have contributed to the web page, or the paragraphs you have contributed to the Round Robin.
Aside from thanking all you great people who have graced the_WritersClub with your presence, heheh, I would also like to take this opportunity to once again thank Jilli for getting all this started. You have created such a wonderful temple for writers to find sanctuary and solis in. There are not many places that are like the_WritersClub, and although they may deal with the same content, they pale in comparison to the level and quality of those that belong to it. You have put so much into the channel and the web page, sacrificing many hours of your own time to ensure that the channel and web page meet the standards of excellence that you have set upon them. You had a vision, you set forth to achieve it, and you did. And now there is no stopping what you have created. Everyday more and more writers are joining the channel and realizing the wonders that it holds. Thank you Jilli, for giving us a home away from home.
I also wanted to thank Jilli and all those who were with me the night I came up with the idea of the Round Robin. You were all so encouraging and supportive. You gave me suggestions and other points of view that I may have not thought of on my own. And now look where we are!!! 74 members and still growing!!! Wooohoooo! Heheh.
The Round Robin has meant so much to me. I feel so good knowing that, like the_WritersClub, I am giving people the opportunity to exercise their writing skills in a fun and exciting manor. And that was why I created the Round Robin. To give to the_WritersClub what it gave me. To further Jilli's vision without having her take on more than she already has. Heheheh. Your doing a great job Jilli, don't forget that! =)
And to all the members of the Round Robin. WAY TO GO!! Each and everyone of you have such a great talent. I am always so excited as I watch each story grow and grow. It always amazes me no matter how vague I make the first paragraph, you all seem to take it in a direction I never thought possible. But hey, that's what writers do, right? Exactly. =) So keep up the good work!
Finally, yes I am almost finished, please bare with me, I would like to thank the OPS of the_WritersClub. You people are doing such a great job. I know that I too am an OP, but I regret that I am not able to make it onto the channel as much as I would like. But it is people like you, who ensure that the channel runs smoothly, throw out any trash that might roll up onto the driveway, heheh, and keep things on track, all the while having tons of fun and a good ole time. =)
You know what? Everyone just take your right hand and pat yourself on the back right now!!!! You deserve it.
