ABOUT SHONA aka WOODWITCH
I believe that most writers are born; I do not mean that not everyone can write, because anyone who puts his mind to it can write a story. But the people who are born writers feel guilty if they are not writing. This is what makes a writer; the compulsion to put his beliefs, neuroses and even traumas onto paper and then hand these soul secrets to strangers to read; we must surely be mad. Be that as it may, on this web page are my few offerings. I hope you enjoy reading them.
I am a South African woman of 30, living in a beautiful town on the KwaZulu-Natal coast at the bottom of the continent of Africa with my husband, Paul, and 2 dogs and 3 cats. I'd love to be able to write full-time, but unfortunately do not have the resources to do this.
I have written since I could write; I expect I always will. Fame and recognition are not ambitions, though some money would be nice!
