Dan is living in San Francisco and pursuing his writing career. He's still a food critic, and his new book, Eat This, San Francisco (A Narrated Roadmap to Dives, Joints, All-Night Cafes, Noodle Houses, Buffets, and Other Cheap Places to Eat in the Bay Area), was just released in September '99, listing at $16.95. It's a collection of articles from his Cheap Eats column from the San Francisco Bay Guardian. He also has a weekly fiction column at the Guardian, at http://www.sfbg.com/looseleaf.
Dan Leone has played with The Buckets, and was a special guest on the Mommyheads' Bingham's Hole album.
