Season 1

"Night of the Sentinels, Part I"

Jubilee is saved by the X-Men when Sentinels attack a shopping mall. The X-Men learn that the Mutant Registration Act and the people behind it, is not all it's made out to be. Jubilee runs away from the mansion, wanting to make sure her foster family is fine.

"Night of the Sentinels, Part II"

The X-Men break into the Mutant Registration Office to destroy all the files on mutants. Beast is captured while trying to escape and Morph dies. Gyrich and Trask, the ones responsible for the Sentinels, kidnap Jubilee, and want her to tell them about the X-Men.

"Enter Magneto"

While Beast stands trial for the break-in, a powerful mutant Magneto attempts to break him from prison. Professor Xavier recognizes his one time friend Magneto. The X-Men must stop Magneto before he can launch a nuclear weapon, to kill all the humans.

"Deadly Reunions"

Professor Xavier and the X-Men attempt to stop Magneto, from trying to start a human-mutant war. Sabretooth and old friend of Wolverine's is in the mansion and Professor X is trying to help him, but Wolverine doesn't believe the act. When Sabretooth's true colours are shown only Wolverine can stop him.

"Captive Hearts"

Cyclops and Jean are captured by a band of underground-dwelling mutants called the Morlocks. Calisto, leader of the Morlocks, wants Cyclops as her husband. The X-Men form a rescue party. Calisto and Storm battle it out for the leadership of the Morlocks and Cyclops' life.

"Cold Vengeance"

Wolverine leaves the X-Men to seek solitude in the Canadian wilderness. He finds peace among a group of Baffin Island Eskimos, only to discover that Sabretooth has been stalking him all this time. Now Wolverine must battle for himself and the lives of his new friends.

"Slave Island"

Hearing that mutants are welcome on the island nation of Genosha, Professor Xavier sends Storm, Gambit and Jubilee there for a recon mission. They soon discover Genosha enslaves mutants to build a dam that will provide power for the construction of Sentinels. Gambit escapes and manages to free Storm and Jubilee and in turn they destroy the dam and the Sentinels.

"The Unstoppable Juggernaut"

When Xavier's mansion is destroyed and a series of spectacular robberies are committed, the X-Men suspect a giant Russian mutant named Colossus. The real culprit turns out to be Juggernaut, Xavier's evil half-brother who's out for revenge.

"The Cure"

A Doctor at the Muir Island Mutant Research Center claims to have found a cure for the mutant gene. Rogue flies to the island seeking the 'cure', which turns out to be a plot by the villainous Apocalypse to turn mutants into his evil servants.

"Come the Apocalypse"

The immortal mutant Apocalypse terrorizes the world with his Horsemen-- Famine, Pestilence, War, and Death. The X-Men find Apocalypse' hide out at Stone Henge and battle his Horsemen. Rogue frees Archangel from Apocalypse's grasp by touching him. Apocalypse' horsemen are defeated and Apocalypse escapes.

"Days of Future Past, Part I"

A mutant time traveler, Bishop, arrives from the future to stop a traitorous mutant from assassinating Senator Kelly. The problem is, the journey has given him temporary amnesia. Bishop can't remember who the assassin is--except that it's one of the X-Men!

"Days of Future Past, Part II"

Bishop identifies the traitor -- the mysterious Cajun Gambit! The X-Men leave for Washington leaving, Bishop, Gambit and Wolverine behind. Gambit makes a getaway and heads for Washington. While there the Brotherhood of Evil mutants attack. It is learned that the traitor was Mystique.

"The Final Decision"

Master Mold who survived Genosha is still creating his army of Sentinels. Trask soon realizes that Master Mold is out of control, when Senator Kelly is kidnapped. Master Mold wants to replace Kelly's brain with a computer, and he is only the beginning. The X-Men must join forces with Magneto, to rescue Kelly and destroy Master Mold and prevent the extermination of all mutant kind.

Season 2

"'Til Death Do Us Part, Part I"

As Jean and Cyclops attempt to tie the knot, Mr. Sinister lays traps to destroy the X-Men one by one. Sinister's agent of destruction is none other than Morph. Morph infiltrates the Mansion and begins to toy with the X-Men. The Friends of Humanity also begin to cause their share of trouble for mutants.

"'Til Death Do Us Part, Part II"

Morph succeeds in turning the X-Men against each other as Mr. Sinister gets his hands on Scott and Jean. They then realize that it is Morph who is behind all the trouble. Morph leads the X-Men to where Sinister is holding Scott and Jean. Morph unable to accept what he has become runs from the X-Men. Professor X and Magneto fall into Sinister's trap when they go to Antarctica.

"Whatever It Takes"

The Shadow King lures Storm home to Mt. Kilimanjaro by 'possessing' her young spiritual son Mjnari. Meanwhile Wolverine appeals to a schizophrenic Morph to rejoin the X-Team.

"Red Dawn"

Omega Red, the ultimate living weapon, is resurrected by three corrupt generals who want to reclaim and rule the crumbling old Soviet empire. Colossus, with the help of the X-Men, fights to save his country and its fragile freedom from these forces of tyranny.

"Repo Man"

Wolverine is falsely lead to Canada where he is captured by Vindicator and Alpha Flight. Wolverine learns the reason behind his capture is not to rejoin the team but to learn why he survived the process that gave him his skeleton. Wolverine escapes with the help of Alpha Flight.

"X-ternally Yours"

An mystic tithe and an age old family feud force Gambit to return to the bayou, where the woman he once left at the altar seeks revenge.

"Time Fugitives, Part I"

Once again, Bishop, an upstart mutant from the 21st century must travel back to the present day to help the X-Men fight a plague that threatens to consume all mutant kind.

"Time Fugitives, Part II"

As human mutant relations worsen and the plague rages uncontrollably, Cable, another time traveler, takes matters into his own bionic hand to set the present straight and save his own future world.

"A Rogue's Tale"

When Mystique, Rogue's foster mother, forces her to revisit her own past, Rogue's overpowering flashbacks drive her from the X-Men. Rogue is forced to confront what she did to Ms. Marvel and is one the verge of loosing herself to Ms. Marvel. With the help of Jean, Rogue is able to stop the Ms. Marvel personae from taking over.

"Beauty and the Beast"

Beast falls in love with Carly, a blind patient of his. Wolverine infiltrates the Friends of Humanity, when Carly is kidnapped by them. Wolverine and Beast rescue Carly, with the help of Cerebro's holographic projector.

"Mojovision"

Mojo casts the X-Men in his latest bizarre TV fodder, and Longshot helps the mutants stave off death. Xavier and Magneto near Magneto's Savage Land citadel.

"Reunion," Part I

A captured Xavier and Magneto are the bait as Mr. Sinister lures the other X-Men to his Savage Land castle. After capturing the team, Sinister will use their genetic material to update Magneto's lowly band of 'mutates' to create his own army of unstoppable mutants.

"Reunion, Part II"

Upon touchdown in Savage Land, the X-Men lose all their mutant skills and are immediately captured by Sinister's Nasty Boys. As Sinister begins to DNA imprint Rogue, Wolverine and island native Kazar must stop the procedure and save all their drained and hypnotized companions.

Season 3

"Out of the Past, Part I"

Wolverine's former love, a Japanese woman named Yuriko, believes Wolverine caused her father's death. She has turned herself into a living weapon, the cyborg Lady Deathstrike, and has come to America to seek revenge. Deathstrike lures Wolverine into the Morlock tunnels to open an alien space craft. She did not count on Gambit and Jubilee following Wolverine.

"Out of the Past, Part II"

Deathstrike and the Reavers learn that the Shi'ar vessel is a prison ship containing a voracious, gaseous prisoner, the M'Kraan Spirit Drinker. The Reavers, Jubilee and Deathstrike are absorbed. Now Wolverine, Gambit and the X-Men must stop it.

"Sacrifice"

Shi'ar emissary Eric the Red commandeers the Eagle One space station, so his Emperor D'Ken can launch a surprise attack on his sister Lilandra who has the M'Kraan crystal. The X-Men get on board the space shuttle that is headed for Eagle One at the urging of Professor X.

"Dark Shroud"

Jean Grey pilots the shuttle, but her psycho-kinetic shield fails her. When she calls out for help, the mysterious Phoenix force takes over. Even after the shuttle is safe, Jean can neither remember her ordeal, nor can she shake the feeling she is not herself. Meanwhile Professor X also undergoes an alarming transformation. He retreats to Muir Island to rest... until two surprise visitors appear.

"Cry of the Banshee"

At great personal risk, Lilandra comes to Professor X's aid on Muir. Lilandra again pleads with Professor X for assistance in the M'Kraan matter. As Jean struggles against the Phoenix energies, the other X-Men worry that the professor has lost his mind--especially now that he insists his mysterious 'friend' Lilandra, who no one else has ever seen, has been inexplicably kidnapped.

"Starjammers"

Jean loses her identity to the Phoenix spirit as the battle for the M'Kraan crystal approaches. The amazingly powerful Jean/Phoenix transports all the X-Men to Lilandra's ship where the she has hidden the crystal. But D'Ken is waiting and so is another band of would-be crystal thieves... Corsair, Raza, Hepzibah and Ch'od. The battle to save the crystal and the universe as we know it gets more hopeless by the minute.

"Child of Light"

D'Ken achieves his terrifying goal--the crystal is his, allowing him to create his own universe inside the all-powerful gem. D'Ken is fast becoming the power of the living galaxy. Phoenix saves those that were pulled into the crystal. She then seals the crystal and takes it into the sun.

"No Mutant is an Island"

Grieving over the loss of Jean, Cyclops leaves the X-Men and returns to the orphanage where he grew up. He discovers an evil conspiracy to use other young mutants for criminal purposes.

"Obsession"

Archangel obsessed with destroying Apocalypse, is joined by Rogue in his Ahab-like quest. When the X-Men have apocalypse in their grasp, Archangel's vengefulness may be their undoing.

"Cold Comfort"

Former X-Man Bobby 'Iceman' Drake is caught breaking into a top secret government installation. But Iceman, once Xavier's star pupil, had a reason, one he will only reveal to the one X-Man he still trusts, Hank 'Beast' McCoy.

"Savage Land, Savage Heart, Part I"

High priestess Zaladane sends Sauron, halfman/half pterodactyl, to kidnap Storm. When the X-Men arrive they must fight off dinosaurs, Sauron, Garokk and the boundless mutant energy of Storm.

"Savage Land, Savage Heart, Part II"

The X-Men and the native Fall people must stop Garokk, The Stone Spirit, and the enthralled Storm before Garokk can fuse with the island's volcano.

"Dazzled"

As a chanteuse named Dazzler flirts with Scott, Jean returns, controlled by Phoenix. With help from Emma Frost and the Inner Circle Club, Jean/Phoenix is psychically seduced by Jason Wyngarde, who weaves a fictional history for her, creating a passionate romance between them. When the X-Men come to rescue her, she sides with Wyngarde.

"Inner Circle"

Professor X and Emma Frost battle for psychic control of Jean and the Inner Circle members quarrel over how to dispose of the imprisoned X-Men.

"Dark Phoenix"

When the X-Men demand that Phoenix free Jean, she vows to destroy the team. When Phoenix re-energizes, the entire D'Bari Star System is destroyed and the Shi'ar Empress Lilandra vows that Phoenix must die.

"The Fate of Phoenix"

The X-Men vs. The Imperial Guard over custody of Jean and Phoenix and Xavier finds himself opposing Lilandra. Startlingly, when Phoenix falls Xavier commands the X-Men to stop their dearest friend...if they can.

"Orphan's End"

Cyclops discovers that Corsair, on the run from Shi'ar authorities, is his father. Will Scott turn in the man who may have abandoned him as a child?

"Juggernaut Returns"

Juggernaut's life is at risk when someone else uncovers the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak and claims the powers of Juggernaut for himself! Now Professor X sends his X-Men on a quest to help the Juggernaut.

"Nightcrawler"

Gambit, Rogue, and Wolverine are on a ski trip in Germany. Rumors of a demon send them out hunting where they find Nightcrawler.

"Weapon X, Lies, & Videotape"

Wolverine travels to Canada, with Beast in tow, after receiving a post card. Meeting up with Sabretooth, Maverick and Silver Fox the secrets of the Weapon X program are revealed.

Season 4

"One Man's Worth, Part I"

Bishop and his sister Shard travel back in time in order to stop Charles Xavier from being assassinated. They arrive too late and find that time has already been altered. They must now convince a married Wolverine and Storm to help them.

"One Man's Worth, Part II"

Failing to stop the assassination the first time, they travel back to the future to start again, only to find it changed as well. On the second try they succeed, with the help of Fitzroy, the very mutant who was send to kill Xavier.

"Courage"

An attack by the Sentinels ruins Morph's return to the X-Men. Professor Xavier is kidnapped. Morph must over come his fear and help the X-Men rescue Xavier and stop the Sentinels.

"Proteus, Part I"

Moira MacTaggert is trying to help her son Kevin (Proteus), but when he escapes from Muir Island she calls on the X-Men for help. Proteus who has never been off the island is wreaking havoc while trying to find his father.

"Proteus, Part II"

The X-Men have to protect Joe MacTaggert, Proteus' father. Wolverine is having some trouble pulling himself together after his last encounter with Proteus. It is Xavier who finally manages to reach Kevin.

"Sanctuary, Part I"

The world Governments feel threatened when Magneto offers sanctuary to all mutants on Asteroid M. In an effort to understand Magneto's intentions, Beast, Gambit, and Xavier visit Magneto's peaceful asteroid, only to be implicated in the assassination of Magneto!

"Sanctuary, Part II"

Fabian Cortez assumes control of Asteroid M, blames the X-Men for Magneto's death. They all escape except for Gambit. Xavier, Beast, Wolverine and Rogue now have the role of freeing Gambit and stopping Cortez.

"Beyond Good and Evil, Part I: The End of Time"

Apocalypse steals Cable's time traveling device. Mr. Sinister kidnaps Jean Gray. Meanwhile Bishop gets trapped in the axis of time. Shard shows up at the X Mansion in time to save Xavier.

"Beyond Good and Evil, Part II: Promise of Apocalypse"

Professor X notices the kidnapping victims all seem to be psychic mutants. A plan is devised to stake out various psychic mutants, they soon discover that nearly all of their worst enemies are in league with Apocalypse.

"Beyond Good and Evil, Part III: The Lazarus Chamber"

Cable travels back in time to the X mansion where he tries to enlist the aide of the X-Men in destroying Apocalypse. They travel back in time to ancient Egypt to try and destroy Apocalypse, which turns out to be a trap and Xavier is captured.

"Beyond Good and Evil, Part IV: End and Beginning"

As the true and terrifying nature of Apocalypse's final plan emerges, several in his band of villainous cohorts try to stop him. Bishop unknowingly frees the psychics who turn on Apocalypse and destroys his plans.

"Have Yourself a Morlock Little Christmas"

As all of the X-Men prepare for a festive Christmas. Jubilee, Storm, and Wolverine go to Manhattan for some last-minute shopping only to find that Leech of the Morlocks is dying. With the help of Wolverine Leech recovers and Jubilee has the best Christmas ever.

"The Lotus and the Steel"

Wolverine losing touch with himself returns to Japan, with Jubilee following him. He finds himself helping to defend a small fishing village from the Silver Samurai.

"Love in Vain"

Cody, Rogue's first love, tracks her down. Wolverine witnesses a spaceship crash landing in the desert. Cody lures Rogue to the ship where she is captured and is implanted with the alien spores. With the X-Men in trouble, Wolverine is the only one who can save Rogue.

"Secrets Not Long Buried"

Cyclops flies to a tiny western desert community to see an old friend, his plane is shot down. He makes it to town, only to discover his friend is missing and the town is caught in the grips of a group called The Children of the Shadow. He must convince the people to fight off this group and think for themselves.

"Xavier Remembers"

The Shadow King takes over Xavier's mind and uses his psychic abilities to torment the X-Men. Jean teams up with Xavier on the astral plain to dispose of the Shadow King once and for all.

"Blood Ties"

The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver head to Wondagore mountain, to find out who they are. Captured by the High Evolutionary, they discover that Magneto is their father.

Season 5

"Phalanx Covenant"

The X-Men are captured by Phalanx, but Beast escapes with the help of Warlock. Beast finds allies in the most unlikely sources, Mr. Sinister and Magneto. Together with Forge they find a way to dispose of the Phalanx and free the X-Men.

"A Deal With the Devil"

Wolverine and Storm are elected baby-sitters, when Omega Red is thawed out, by the US government. The mission is to retrieve a sunk Russian submarine that has nuclear weapons onboard, but not every thing turns out as it should.

"Longshot"

amnesiac and hotly pursued by Mojo and his murderous gang, Longshot tumbles into our world. Jubilee helps him to the mansion, with Mojo not far behind, wanting to turn Earth into 'Terror World'.

"Blood Lines"

Nightcrawler shows up at the mansion wanting help in saving his mother. Rogue, Wolverine and Jubilee help him and discover that it is the Friends of Humanity that are behind this. Rogue and Nightcrawler make some startling discoveries about their family tree.

"Storm Front, Part 1"

Storm is recruited by Argon to save his dying planet. Cyclops, Beast, Wolverine and Jubilee pursue Argon thinking that Storm is in danger. After Storm saves his planet, Argon proposes to Storm.

"Storm Front, Part 2"

Accepting Argon's proposal, Storm agrees to stay with him. The other X-Men believing that not every thing is as it seems, investigate. What they find may hurt Storm more than they want to.

"Jubilee's Fairy Tale Theatre"

Trapped with some children, Jubilee tries to calm them down by telling them a fairy tale, with X-Men characters filling in the mythical roles.

With the aide of Fabian Cortez, Apocalypse escapes from the astral plane.

"Old-Soldiers"

Captain America and a pre-claws Wolverine try to rescue a scientist from the Red Skull in a WW II story that also features an appearance by Sgt. Fury.

"Descend"

Incorporating many of the elements of Cyclops and Phoenix, reveals the origin of Mr. Sinister.

"Hidden Agenda"

A manipulative army officer tries to recruit Sam Guthrie into the military ranks after his Cannonball powers come to light.

"Graduation Day"

An attack by Gyrick leaves Professor Xavier dying and Magneto contemplates a mutant takeover in an episode that brings in many of the series' characters. including Morph and Lilandra and ends in a way you might not expect.
