final quarter i'm unsure of. either entirely Irish or part Irish and part some kind of Native American. I'm gonna maybe hire a geneologist some day to find out exactly. anyway, of all these fractions, the one i like best is Irish.

I was born in Boston, MA, Sept. 21, 1975. My Parents are Diane and Ken Ward. I have a sister, Bethany Ward. when i was like 3 or 4, the family moved to mom's hometown of New Sweden, Maine. that's where i grew up, at once happy about what a decent little place it was, very clean and healthy and safe and filled for the most part with people who don't suck much and all that sort of stuff; and rather upset by the fact that it and all surrounding towns and cities were so incredibly small and behind the times and boring and it was incredibly cold in winter and all that sort of problems and stuff.

I went to New Sweden Consolidated School, K-8, which has switched locations since i got out of the place. then i went to Caribou High School, in the city of Caribou, naturally enough, 9-12. I always intended to take a year off between high school and college, and somehow one year turned into two. in september of 1995, i first went to the University of Maine at Presque Isle. I majored in Creative Writing. Then in february '97, things happened, i dropped out, and i was dead for 18 months. now i've got the Internet at home and I'm alive again.

My fondest wish from as far back as i can possibly remember (and btw, one of my favorite sayings is "I have the memory of a particularly forgetful rutabega") has always been to become a very great writer, and a rich and famous one ta boot. I often quite like what i write, and sometimes think it's possible i could be a famous writer someday. i'd like to write just about anything; short stories, novels, tv, movies, comic books, whatever you can think of.

my favorite genre for reading or watching or writing has always been sci-fi, but i have nothing against any other areas, either. i like just about anything as far as movies, tv, books, music, or whatever.

my favorite website is the Dominion.

it occurs to me i cannot possibly fit in nearly everything i think is important about me here. i can't even think of it all in one sitting. so if anyone has any questions or comments, leave them here, i'll get back to you.

10/29/98 Okay, guess what? i finally got a pic of me scanned. it's from this summer, when my family all had individual and group pictures taken at church, when they had professional photographers come in to take pictures of anybuddy who wanted them... so, you lucky ducks, ya finally get ta see me! *sigh* ...here it is...
