Microchips is a lieutenant in G.I.*JOE's Steel Brigade Team. his respective primary and secondary military specialties are Intelligence and Electronics. his weapons specialties are the LAW rocket system and NATO & Warsaw Pact Small Arms. he is an expert with the Zen sword and in karate. he received training in Airborne School, Special Forces School, and Military Intelligence.

Microchips is something of a loner, able to get things done on his own usually. but he can also be a team player, and makes a good leader. his fellow officers trust and respect him, readily following him into battle.
