Impulse
Again, one of my favorite DC characters, and one of the best comics on the market IMHO. Bart Allen, aka Impulse. is a Batman: The Animated Series Dick Grayson body with a modified Toy Biz Trevor Fitzroy head. I built on his mask with Sculpey, as I did with Jessie Quick. The buckles on his wrists and ankles are small squares cut from cross-stitch backing. The thing that makes him, though, is the paint job on his uniform. I think it really shows what a lot of patience, some masking tape, and an airbrush can do.
