Many have said that you should try a new recipe out on yourself before making it for others. But my friends know they are guinea pigs for my culinary alchemy. And most of the time, it has been successful.

2 links of Hot Italian Sausage, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
Fettucini Pasta, cooked
Olive Oil

In a small skillet, saute Onion in Olive Oil. Add Sausage and
brown well. Add Cream and reduce to half volume.
Toss with cooked Fettucini and serve warm with a shredded dry Italian cheese, like Asiago or Romano. A hunk of bread, a glass of wine and a small salad makes a meal out of it!
