The Martin Building

After a freak sinkhole devoured the old library building, which was the home of the former Bigfoot's Dance Club, Mr. L, the owner, quickly designed and rebuilt his prized possession. The new building, designated as the Martin Building, houses Professor Booty's Shack o' Booty Dance Club as well as three lower-level shops.

"It was a blessing in disguise," says building and dance club owner Mr. L, "We wanted build a new club eventually, though this was quite a surprise." He said the plans went from his head to the blueprints in less than twelve hours. "I'm just a fast drafter."

Since he had the luxury of embellishing the new building, he added an extra floor to the plan and included space for three shops on the lower level. "I thought I could give a little something more to the community."

Plans for Ann-Marie's Flower Shop, a photography shop, and a candy store are in progress.
