The Ristorante (white, at right) sits across from The Eckert Building (yellow, at left) and faces the Sandy Hook Park (center).
The Ristorante was built in 1991 and has enjoyed brisk business since. It once sat on the median of the Sandy Hook Highway until the highway was re-routed in 1995. "The new park is a blessing," comments manager Ricardo Smith. Patrons can now eat in a more pleasant setting thanks to the efforts of the Metrolegoland Parks and Recreation Department.
