Burnout is a fiery force to be reckoned with. Not only can he generate and
project heat in blasts, but he can regulate his temperature and fly. Burnout can use his
heat powers to create a plasma shield and isolate himself from oncoming energy attacks.

History: Bobby Lane was far from a model student. A loner in high school whose
favorite classes included study hall and lunch, Bobby was called "Burnout" by his peers
because of his sullen outlook on school. Ironically, he found himself accepted into a
program for talented young people called Project Genesis. Since becoming a member of
Gen¹³, Bobby's nickname took on a whole new meaning.
His hobbies include skateboarding and playing the guitar. He used to be in a band.
