History: Lynch was used in experiment called Project Genesis to form the perfect soldier.
He became a part of the legendary Team 7. This team was later disintegrated. Lynch
became an operative of I.O. (International Operations), and was incharge of Project Genesis 13.
He realized what was planned for the young adolescents, and helped a few escape (the gen team).
Lynch has been searching for his missing son, and recently discovered that it was Fairchild's father
(another member of Team 7) that hid him along with the rest of the kids as to avoid them being found
by I.O. It was recently revealed that Bobby Lane (Burnout) is his son.
