Gen-Powers: Rainmaker has the power to control the force of nature. Among other things, this ability allows her to fly and manipulate the weather. Her ampli-bands increase her ability to deliver lightning blasts that can stun her opponents.

History: An Apache, Rainmaker's powers manifested while she was still living on the San Carlos Reservation. International Operations soldiers captured Rainmaker and brought the Gen-Active teen to the Genesis Compound. Working with former I.O. Director John Lynch, Rainmaker, and other captive teens escaped and formed Gen13. The team continues their training in San Diego, California. Oh, and she's gay.
