I would like to announce here and now that the city council has approved this Pratt Falls Master Plan to bring us all into the next millenium.

This here geometric blueprint for the future is truly an inspired work that we are rightly proud of.

And we here in Pratt Falls think it makes a Hell of a lot more sense than that damn Washington, D.C. grid pattern that that Frenchie drew up, based on a circle.

It's no wonder that our federal government never gets us anywhere, when all those bureaucrats just keep driving around in circles, getting back to where they started from.

And here is our other plan to ensure the future of our community.

I am proud to make an announcement here that Pratt Falls has secured the nod to host the new Playboy Club.
