Some people wonder why there are home pages that contain nothing but links.
*Weird* they think. Like having a house with many doors but no bedrooms.
And this is one of those strange sites. I prefer to think of such sites as
hubs or gateways or *launch pads* - for the convenience of surfers. Likewise
ASCII Atlas serves as a one-stop resource for ascii art on the web. Hope you
will find this *map* useful. Happy surfing.
Feel free to e-mail me anytime:
virlian@post1.com. Almost all the links on ASCII Atlas were taken from Links to Ascii Web Pages (Allen Mullen). The links were validated by NetMechanic and the title image (originally in text) was taken from an ASCII archive. This site also makes use of HTML extensions supported by Netscape Navigator 3.0+ and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0+. Of course this site would not be on the Web without GeoCities Free Home Page program. Final thanks go to those artists and ascii-collectors who have set up homes on the net. Long live ASCII Art! |
