I've been to other bike races and messenger events and they're fun, but nothing else comes close to the CMWC for the level of energy, sense of camraderie, and the number of cyclists. Hundreds of riders came from all over the world, and they came on all kinds of bikes.

Mostly pictures. For some reason this weekend has a dreamlike quality to it, and 4 years later my memory of what actually transpired is a little hazy. There was too much going on at once, so I couldn't help missing a lot of it.

Racing. I suspect this is taken at the finals on Sunday. I almost forgot about the racing part: I finished in the middle of the pack and didn't advance to the finals. I finished second in my heat in the sprint and didn't advance to the finals. That was fine by me, I got to go drink beer.
