First Floor:

  •      The house (140 m2) is equiped with electricity, clean wather from the mountains and firestingers. The walls are made with" Toba" stone (Volcaniv lava) that is a great acustic and termic material. The roof and the floors are made with wood of first quality.

         All the rooms have big windows with nice view to the mountains and the Lacar lake.

         The garden (9000 m2) have different zones with frutal trees and shadows. Also there´s a trasportable barbecue owen to cook "asado" or anything.
