his skirt is made of five car tires which are hung together with wire and the treads have been painted with metalic paint. The skirt is held up with wide suspenders.
A matching hat is made of the inside of one tire wraped with foam and cloth. The center of the hat is chicken wire.
This was made in Textile AG in Germany during the fall of '96.
