Baked Potato Dinner... A Success!
The Tryon Thermal Belt Rotary Club hosted their 10th Annual Baked Potato Dinner on Saturday, August 8th at Holy Cross Episcopal Church. The turnout was spectacular, with over 300 folks feasting on delicious baked potatoes with their choice of Beef Stroganoff, Broccoli and Cheese or Mexican toppings. A fresh and crisp green salad was included in the meal, as was a beverage and a delightful dessert.
Despite the antics in the kitchen (complete with "Harmon Field Iced Tea"), the Rotarians seemed to get the job done with style and flair. Don't miss this event next year...it is sure to become one of your family's favorite treats!
