      Most of these poems were written in a class I took last year.  I was reading Yusef Komunyakaa's Neon Vernacular early on in the semester and then later indulged in Raymond Carver's When Water Comes Together with Other Water.  Lately I've been enjoying Robert Bly.  Feel free to peruse and e-mail any comments you may have.   More to come hopefully.  Enjoy.
