I am currently (2008), a Professor in the Theory Division at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Calcutta, India.
My main field of interest is Light Front Dynamics, a branch of Theoretical High Energy Physics.
I am also interested in Lattice Gauge Theory.

In my spare time I enjoy reading. My favorite author is Kovilan, one of the great writers in Malayalam language spoken in the southern state of Kerala, India. Here is the Home Page for Kovilan .
