Chester John is the fourth child of Jospeh Vopalensky and Mary Piemeisel. He was born November 21, 1917.

He married Irene Huebner (b. July 29, 1918) on September 21, 1940.

They had one son, James J. Vopal, born December 15, 1946.

James then married Eva Mariannes Sjostroom (b. February 27, 1956. James is a doctor, and information and a pciture of him are posted on his clinic's website! * James and Eva also have one child:

Christina Nicole Vopal, born February 18, 1986.

Vopal, Chester John
Sunday, Oct. 25, 1998, age 80, at the Hospice Residence in Stuart, FL. A native of Milwaukee, he lived in Stuart for 9 years. He served in the Army Air Corps. during World War II. Before retirement, he worked in management and sales in the transportation industry in Milwaukee. He was a member of the Stuart/Jensen Beach Elks Lodge 1870, The Martin County Knights of Columbus Council 6241, Port St. Lucie Moose Lodge 513, Polish-American Social Clubs of Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie, American Legion Post 228 and AmVets Post 27.
Survivors include his son Dr. James Vopal and wife Dr. Eva Vopal; granddaughter Christina of Stuart, two sisters; Lorraine and Margaret, both of Milwaukee, former wife, Irene Vopal of Stuart and very special friend Rosemary Groza of Port St. Lucie.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute to Hospice of Martin and Port St. Lucie County, P.O. Box 1168, Stuart, FL 34995-1168 or to the American Cancer Society.
A Mass will be celebrated on Nov. 2nd at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Stuart, FL.
