About Me

...Well I removed my introduction for a while there, but now I obivously decided to put it back up. So who am I? I can tell you this, I am a very different person now than I was when I started writing. Back then, when I originally started writing in high school, I was incerdibly confused about everything. Once I got to college things did not become any clearer for me, and at times my confusion and lack of direction grew even stronger. I continued writing though it all, writing about things that I didn't even understand. Now as I return to writing a few years later and as I looked over my old prose and poetry, I decided to destroy much of my old work. As I leave that in the past and have gotten rid of over 75% of my writing, I move on to hopefully better writing with a slightly better understanding of things. Though I definately wouldnot say that I am no longer confused. I know that this confusion will ever completely leave.

...So that is a little about who I used to be and how I have changed over the years. But who am I now? Time for a short bio.

...I am Edward J (fka Ed Crash, Edward Crash, Edward West, Ed West, Edward J Crash). At least this is how I am known when it comes to my writing, for I have never and never plan to ever use my real name in my writing. I live just outside of Reading, PA (in West Lawn), born and raised here except for the 4 years that I spent in college near Allentown, PA. I am a 24 year old Computer Systems Administrator, yes a computer person actually can write, and no, not all computer guys are geeks and/or nerds, I am living proof to the contrary. Have you ever met a computer person that is also a punk and a writer? I guess I am a pretty unique individual, at least I hope so. Well there you have it...if that made any sense at all...that is me.
