This is the infamous Lupin the Third and his friends, some of which are also his foes!  Lupin hangs out with his two best friends and companions in crime, Jigen and Goyman.  He also has the occasional run in with his sometimes girlfriend, Fugiko, though they are often at odds with each other.  He is pursued in his adventures across the world by his nemisis, Inspector Zenigada, who wouldn't know what to do with his life without the fun of chasing Lupin down on his escapades.
