"Ulysses' Bag of Winds"
written by F.D. Lewis, © Copyright 1997
And the men, they stood upon the deck
Their tears shed only inside
Their hearts held their burdened guilt
Of the greed that stole their lives
They were so greedy, and so disloyal
Such men who would plan
To steal from their own captain's pouch
And unknowingly release the winds
Such treasure they had hoped to find
Yet they found only pain, grief, and loss
And they stood upon the deck in shame
As their homes were forever lost
