I didn't write in here the last time I did an update, but there are a couple mroe chapters of Atonement now. I think, finally, the end might be in sight! Another 10-15 chapters will probably wrap it up. I made a "mistake" - a change I hadn't intended to do - and a path now has to be followed. A new path. But, after I thought about it, it's a better path for the story to take. It seals a few loose ends I had created, and will overall bring it to its conclusion in a faster and more tidy fashion. Now.. if I can just get around to DOING IT. :) I appreciate the emails I still get sometimes, from new or older readers.

I updated with 3 chapters now of Atonment! I had pre-written a part and caught up to it, so it's great to release all three!

Look, another chapter! Ok, not sure if I can keep up this rate, but at least I got two out in a week's time. Wow. :)

Well, I'm fairly certain I've lost most of my readers by now, but oh well. I'm still writing.. slowly. Chapter 23 is now complete. That's Atonement Chapter 23. ;) My summer vacation is almost over! I only have about a week and a half. Oh well. Then it'll be back to work!

Added Chapter 22 of Atonement. Maybe I'm writing again... Maybe. Check back every so often for a month or two. If I haven't updated, then it'll probably be a while again!

Well.. I added a fanficlet (that means it's SHORT) about Sesshoumaru and Rin (from Inuyasha). Just hit me and I had to write it.

yeah, school is out! Will I write more this summer? Well, that IS the intention, of course. This story really wants to get out of my head. Trust me, it does! I updated a few things, such as book suggestions and the continually tinkering with the about me page that only I care about.

Well, writing during the summer didn't happen like I thought it would, obviously, but Chapter 19 is done now. I think Chapter 20 will be out before Christmas, but no promises! *laugh*

Well, it's generally been a bad couple of days. I'm really burned up at ebay for some stuff I didn't get, but paid for, and then I got this stupid worm on the computer that ate all my jpegs - over 4600 of them - most of them I have no other copy of. Not a happy day. And I'm very very tired. I went on a camping trip last week - that was a good thing! - and I have pictures, but the ones I had already scanned were - you guess it - eaten, and I haven't gotten to scanning in any yet. I'm still trying to clean up the poor puter. No, haven't been writing. I've been out of town more in the last 30 days than I have all year, I think. Do I get frequent highway miles? I think I have logged in more than 7000 miles in the car in a month. And I have another 2000 mile trip coming up in 3 days. So. I'm tired. More later. And school is almost started again. EECH!

Well, I am still mad a yahoo. But I haven't got around to getting my own domain yet. I've exceeded my data transfer several times since then, even though there is NO WAY that can happen, because I don't get enough hits to even come close.

But school, is, finally, OUT! I survived my first year of teaching. As you might have guessed, I have been really really busy. I have been writing, on paper, quite a bit of the FF7 fanfic, and I hope to start typing those up and, MAYBE, finishing the story this summer. Wouldn't that be nice? Well, keep writing your love to me, it helps me want to write more!

I'm mad as heck at yahoo right now for "LIMITING DATA TRANSFER" and shutting down my site for exceeding my transfer limit. Expect no updates until I move my website to it's own domain.

Like I said. Oh ye of little faith. Chapter 18 of Atonement is up. *big smile* and Ch 19 is about halfway done. I delayed a little the original scene I had planned.. but that just means 20 or 21 will be up all that much sooner! Enjoy! Keep telling me not to quit.. LOL.. it helps!

Oh ye of little faith. For all those who have given up on my fanfic... well, I'm writing again! I've started playing FF9, and it's so good, I want to start writing on my FF7 fanfic again. Also, I kinda figured if I had the time to play the game, I probably had some time to write... hehehe... Um... if my dear beta Croik would just sign on, life would be better, but I'm madly tapping away at the keyboard on Ch 18. Once I finish 18, Ch 19 is really nearly complete as well, so it should be two chapters coming up pretty fast. Cross your fingers for me! (BTW, that handwritten stuff? I LOST IT! So that set me back.. again... So I'm just re-doing it. But I think it's better this time thru...)

No, I haven't died. Just go really really busy. With life. Heh. I gradu-macated from college with my two happy degrees, then happily threw away my life-long plans of being a research scientist and saving the world from horrible diseases and decided to be a teacher. (Teaching science, of course). I decided that in the course of about a week. ;) After two weeks of the kids being in school, I do think it was the right decision, but it is keeping me busy! I really enjoy the challenge, and I love that I will have a new and different challenge every year, as well as eventually opportunities of teaching different levels and fields of science. So. That being said. I HAVE been working on the Atonement. It's just been hand-written, so I have to copy it over. Chapt 18 - well, what happened there, was that I wrote a crucial scene well over a year ago, way ahead of the plot of the rest of the story - I do that a lot, then forgot I had written. So when the story caught up with the scene, I had a very hard time writing it, but I finally got it finished - then found the pre-written scene. Arg. SO. Both the old and the new had good elements, so I had to fix and paste and all the other nonsense. That is very frustrating work. I recommend that if you ever pre-write scenes, make sure you ALWAYS have a hard copy easily found. :) In any case, I decided ch 18 should be about Avalanche, anyway, since they are way behind, so I am going to be working on that now. I went over 10000 hits recently. Thank you for all the support!

I had ch 18 all done and posted, then I realized something was VERY wrong, so this time, I took it down before anyone could read it. I'll have the updated, and much better version, up in a few days. I'm stressing some over school right now, soo...

Er... what day is it? It's late in the night.. or early morning...it's 430 am, do you know where your mind is? Pht. Ok, so it's been while since I updated. I messed up on Ch 17 and I've spend the last couple months being mad at myself instead of writing. And oh, yeah, trying to finish the last semester at school. (only 26 days, but I'm NOT counting!) Ouch My brain hurts. There was a reason for this update. Oh yeah. I fixed the mistake I made in 17. There's an insert for you loyal people to read. For those of you who haven't made it that far yet, I also already put it in the right place in the story, so don't worry about it. The insert takes place between 16 and 17, and doesn't really change any of the events of chapter 17. Also, as bleh as I am right now, I did just finish the rough draft of Ch 18 and sent it off to the beta. So. Hopefully, it makes more sense than I am now, and it should be up soon. But I'm going to hold it off until everyone gets a chance to read the insert. So. Please, go read it!

I finally got a new guestbook. Fiddled with the idea of making my own, but Geocities won't let upload a CGI script. Heh. That was a lot of wasted effort. I'm halfway through my winter break with not much to say about accomplishments, writing or otherwise. I'm just so tired... but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now, as I just have one more semester to complete, and I will be done with school! Graduated! Don't really know what I am going to do after that... I have my whole life to play with that, however. So. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. Stay safe for the New Year!

Well. No new writings, I'm sorry to say, but I did manage to get some long, long overdue vacation pics up. From the scuba trip last year, and the camping trip a few months ago.

I've been so busy lately.. I really don't know where to start. The lack of hits on my page tells me that people are getting tired of waiting for the next chapter. I'm sorry. I really am. But school and work are more important than writing. I will finish the story, but you are going to have to be patient with me. Right now, I'm sitting at home depressed that I didn't get to work at a Haunted House this year. My own fault, I guess. But I am so tired. Next year. Maybe. That is too far in the future for me to even catch a glimpse of. Anyway. I'm getting depressing. Laterz!

What, another update, so soon? Yes, well, I'm writing again! I promise. Chapter 16, coming up in the next day or so.. Hopefully tonight. Cross your fingers. Can you believe I have to re-read some earlier chapters to find out names and events? gee. It's been too long. If I wait any longer, I'm going to have to re-read the whole dang thing to get the idea of what's going on.. ok, so I re-read portions of it regularly, but not end-to-end. Well. That's all. "What happened to Faye? Did she fall off the planet...?" *cringe* No, dang it. What happened to July, that's my question! Um.. oops? ok, so I'm alive. I apologize. I'll try to make excuses, but um.. it's been a very busy summer. I finished both semesters of biochem - 5 wk intensive courses - and got B's in both! really excited about that. But that took a lot of my time. And another page I work on had to get some serious overhauling, so I spent a couple weeks on that. Then, last week, I went on vacation - it was wonderful! Camping and hiking, sleeping under the stars (tent, who needs a freaking tent?).. doing whatever we wanted for 7 days... it was too fun. But I'm back, I'm feeling more refreshed and relaxed than I have felt in months.. and fall semester starts - that's right! - in just 4 days. I will have vacation pics up as soon as I can get them developed - I've been a bit laid up since I got back, got a scratch on my eye from who knows what, kinda kept me away from the computer and all bright lights for a few days. Grr. It's getting better now, but it itches! My fall semester seems like it should be kinda light compared to what I have been taking.. yes, I have actually been working on the story, just not as much as I would like too. I was reading over Jen's Irony of Fate.. *sigh* she's very good. And we both had very similar ideas about characterizations of certain key players.. that we developed independently. I think our two are different enough beyond that that they will not seem too close to each other. Anyway. I might be putting up a trip diary of sorts.. haven't decided yet... look for more updates soon!

Chapter 15 of Atonement is up! And even more pics up now, and all sections in the gallery are now functional! More new backgrounds popping up and around... I also added a left out part to the Cassandra story in the DTS fanfic section..

I finally got around to scanning in some pics - I still have a stack to go thru, but there are a few new ones up in the gallery now from Scarborough. I re-arranged the gallery, added new backgrounds - well, actually, there are new backgrounds popping up all over the place. I found another backgound page - the link is the last one on my links page - and got a ton of new ones. Scarborough is over.. *sob sob* but I guess that is actually a good thing, I kinda have my weekend back. Summer school is .. well .. annoying. I'm kinda depressed cause I was looking at my schedule for fall semester and realized, due to classes offered at only ONE time, I am probably going to have to go back into retail sale, probably waiting tables, cause temp jobs are usually only in the 8-5, M-F slot, and I simply won't be able to work then. My only available work times are after 5 M-F, and weekends. I'm irritated as heck about that. So. But life is good for now. I'm looking for nice night job doing stuff like I am now, but I don't think it is going to happen. *sigh* I'll try to start working on Atonement again, but I am so far behind in everything else... ack!

Hmm. What have I been doing of late? Stressing, over finals, for one. I don't have the pictures scanned in, but I should get them in during the next few weeks. Ha. Summer school is just a week away, and I don't feel ready for it at all. Last summer, I took easy classes to raise my GPA, but these classes I'm taking now are going to kill me. Slowly. Painfully. Wonderful. I haven't even looked at Atonement, but I'll try to get some writing done this weekend. I keep staying up to late and getting up too early. I need to petition God to give me 36 hours in every day so I can get everything done! On the lighter side, work is going great, my wonderful sis has made some friend that allow us to ride their horses, and the cats are showing magnificently (ok, that last statement doesn't make much sense, don't worry). One more down note, my windshield has been broken AGAIN. Dang it all, it's not fair, my car is the only one that gets hit. 2nd time I've had to replace the frontwindshield in like 6 months. At least it costs less than the back windshield, which some might remember was broken out last year about this time. No, insurance doesn't cover it until I reach the $500 deductible. Pht.

Same old story - way too busy of late. AH! Scarborough Faire has started, two weekends already come and gone... I'm hoping to get pics up of the new costumes soon. Some of you may have noticed the nonsense in the guestbook - don't bother to go look now, I deleted the idiotic entries out, including my own that I used as a reply. Heh. Well. Nothing else to comment on really, other than a possibility of a new light-hearted FF7 fanfic that I might be posting by a new author.

Added a new fanart, which was a gift from Cat... I love getting fanart gifts! :) It's up in the fanfic section. Nothing else new. I played FF8 for 5 hours today. Arg. Not a good plan, I didn't get anything accomplished!

Added some new cloud pics in the gallery. Also added a graphic on the main page since most people don't have the font that I used for it on the computers... think I'm going to redo that tho.. It looks fuzzy!

Hmmmph. April Fool's Day. I don't usually acknowledge this holiday, and this year is no different. Haven't done a whole lot of writing recently, but I *have* cleaned up a lot of stuff on the page, messed up links, some typos and the like. Updated the gallery and about me sections today. Doodles are now up - don't get excited, I can't draw worth anything, it's just a fun hobby.

Chapter 14 is up. Spring break is over, so I don't know how much I'll be writing the next coming weeks. I have a pretty hard schedule at school. I hope to have Ch 15 up in 2-3 wks.

Fanart! I got fanart! *excited* Andrea (Ellcrys) sent me a really cool pic of Seph and Jyleth - it's in the Seph fanfic section. THANKY! Also. Chapter 14 is mostly written - already(!) - I blame spring break. Gave me some time to work on it. It ended up being longer than I thought, so I split off the second part to a new chapter (15). So 14 should be up after I fix up the errors - a few days. Also, put a new section, a RANTS section. It's no-holds barred, so some people might find it offensive and frightingly single-minded. Well, that's what a rant is. If you get offended by that, please don't read it! Duh! :)

Happy St. Patty's day! Hope you are wearing green! :) Akira kindly sent my a sketching of Jyleth, so I put that up in the Sephiroth fanfic (thanky, Akira!). I also fixed some mistakes I had made in the links around atonement chapters. Oops.

I've kinda been.. busy, of late. Pretty much had a lot of things turned on end on my life, from my job to school, which has kept me soo burned out that writing on a story has been way out of sight. I did start writing again tonight, as I have had to finally sit down and have a talk with myself and cut a few things out of my life that I didn't really need - things that were burning me out. So. Maybe things will start to return to normal, but not anytime soon. School is really a pain this semester - this is probably the hardest semester for me. Took all those upper level bios, but it's physics - freshman level - that's killing me. I hate physics. Oh well. I hope to make it through this semester, somehow, with at least a 3.0 GPA. Other than that sob story.. um, I updated the link page, and the about me page (which has actually been updated a few times since 1/27, I just didn't bother to mention it.) I got a bunch of new cloud pictures to scan in. Might get that done this weekend. Chapter 13 is really my main goal, so back to work...Later I finished Chapter 13! HAHAHA! Writing bug bit for tonight... I'm going to bed!

I changed a few of the poems out, added new ones (vampfic page, short story page, seph fanfic page). I also addeda pic of Karvan (he's from the a vampfic short I have up) that Xeledra kindly gave to me! I'm soooo happy! Fanart... I like fanart.. I need to make mention of that somewhere... Also updated the about me page... added a new sec, pet peeves.

This might very well be the last update before the dredded Y2k nonsense.. which means I need to back up my entire page soon.. arg... too much work! My page has way too much stuff, I think, sometimes. And I just added two new sections! The first the the addition of the gallery, something that I had promised a while back - only has pictures of me (AH! Be afraid.. be very afraid)... - but it will have more stuff eventually. The second is essay of expression, which are kinda funky shorts that I get stuck in my head every now and then. Let me know what you think of them! I'm going on vacation on the 25-30.. so MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR if I don't update before then.

Did my usual update and changing of the about me section, being that it is the end of the semester.. :) I really try to keep that thing from becoming redundant. I changed the font color, too.. a few people had mentioned that the red font was hard to read.. it should look sorta aqua now...

I put that response to the guestbook entry on my characterization of Sephiroth up in my Sephiroth fanfic section. Don't read it unless you are up-to-date on the story. Out of school now. Hope to get back to steady writing on the story.

Well, I got a little behind, but the 5th chapter of the Cassandra... story is now up. I've been so busy with work and school.. just have one exam, and I'm done (on Tues)! Worked 11 hours today, no break. Arg. I'm tired. For those of you who have been following the Cassandra fic, this is all the authors have sent me for now, so there won't be any updates on it until they get more time.

Well, the meteor shower was a flop, didn't see a one, mainly cause the person I was with could not stay out later, and we really needed to be out past moonset (about 130am) to see anything. OH WELL! Better luck next time, so they say. Anyway. I corrected a mistake - I had the wrong email addy for the person who wrote the DTS short fic Odd Occurrences (SORRY!). I also added the next installment, chapter four, of the DTS fic Cassandra....

Going to watch a meteor shower tonight! YIPPEE!! *big grin* and while the some of the company I would like to have with me tonight will not be there, it will still be fun. I can't wait. It should be a good show. I added a new DTS fanfic under the vampire fiction section, called Odd Occurrences.

Chapter 11 of Atonement! Woo-hoo! It's only been.. oh, almost 3 months! SO SORRY!!! :( I'm such an evil person.

Well, I sent out chapter 11, but I haven't heard back from 3 of my 4 betas yet, so... another day or so. I added a new section today, for all my cyber pets! I've been adopting a lot recently. And I also added chapter 3 of the Cassandra story.

Woo-hoo chapter 11 of Atonement is almost done!! Can you believe it? I'll get it up in a few days, at the very most. I'd like to take a quick moment to address something that was brought up in my guest book. Ah. Never mind. I'll write that up on my Seph fanfic page. :) Lessee. I got a new counter! I'm not real sure about the count - it's probably way too low, cause I know how many hits I average per day, but I had to take a guess. And I've been messing with the fonts. If your computer doesn't support "Comic Sans MS" and "Bremen Bd bt" then you are missing out! :) I got sick again just a day after I got better from the last thing... :( I'm still sick, just not as bad as before. I've never been this sick so much so long before in my life! If that doesn't tell you how stressed I've been lately... well... not nearly so much stress now as before, so I should stay healthy once I kick this thing! AH!

Chapter Two of the DTS fic "Cassandra" is up.

Well, after a short delay due to a bout with the stomach flu.. EH!! I'm all better and glad to be back in the world of the living. The prologue and chapter one of the new Dt:S fic are up. Haunting season is over! I'll miss it.. somewhat... really think that this was my last year to work at a house... on a stationary fright... it gets BORING after while, despite all the people I scared so bad they fell down... boring boring *yawn* I might like to work at the same place next year, but as a general roamer, not stuck at one fright the whole time...
