this is my profession
cracking you
and finding your tunnels
and your passageways
and touching your mind
and feeding mine

this is my profession
is it a waste of time
or is it the key
to centuries ahead
can you believe the times, antonin?

it is my profession
to look up the spirit
in desperation of explication
in searching for seperation
but is it just a waste of time
to think so hard
to sell for a dime
to sell for a body
to sell for a thought

surely you know what i'm getting at
the connection is so clear
clear as my profession
on the cloudiest of nights
and the purpose of my effort

surely you can see into me
and see what i might do next
and i will look through you
