Write The Movie
time to write another script
im not writing for the hell of it
i am writing cause its in my blood
i am writing cause its what i love
i dont write and tour the state
i just write because i dissassociate
i write the scenes because theyre in my head
i write a hundred ways in which you wind up dead
i write the movie of the life i know
so that later on i can tell you so
so i can yell "cut" and continue to let it flow
so that one day too, I can direct your soul
i write the transitions, and change the words
line by line, we set a diffent goal
at times the plot is driven by the absurd
but in the end, its what i know
i write the truth, and write life as it passes by
i write the movie, as the actors try
to bring to life, the words on celluloid
the death, the laughter, the tears, and all voids
so when the final edit, makes the final flick
i look back and what i thought of it
so i write the movie, with a goal in mind
to write another, at another time
