~The Gorean Falls~

As you emerge from the dense stand of trees, their branches drooping from the weight of unshed water droplets, the majestic Falls stands before you....the crystal water tumbles down the side of the mountain as if falling from the azure sky above. In the midst of the falling water....a rainbow...the colors brilliant against the white of the rushing water. In the mornings, a soft fog can be seen gliding slowly across the surface of the pool at the base of the Falls. The lush, green grass cushions your steps as you draw closer. The quiet thunder of the falling water, somehow.....soothing. At first, it seems.....empty....uninhabited...The untouched beauty of Gor. Your eyes begin to take in the unmistakeable signs of life. On the moss bed beneath the trees, you notice the furs spread there. A place for a battle-weary Warrior to find some shelter and peace. Now you begin to see the things you had missed. The botas slapping gently against each other as they float in the cool water, tethered to a stake in the ground. To one side, the large fire pit, used for cooking, beyond that, tucked beneath the trees... the small wagon stocked with all the amenities. A short distance away......the large fire where the Free gather to chase away the chill of those cold Gorean nights...... As your eyes take in the beauty of this place, one word comes to mind.......Sanctuary. At the heart of it all.......the Falls itself. The soft thunder of the water as constant as a heart beat as it falls from the mountains to begin it's long journey down the mighty Vosk River to Thassa. This is the home of FreeWoman Dangruscurvzzz. All are welcome who enter in peace and conduct themselves with honor. Respect for Gor, yourself, as well as respect for others is the rule here. Abide by that and you will always have a home here. Break that rule and you will quickly learn how She earned her name. Gor is harsh, yes.......but in this place set high in the northern Voltai Range, Gor is also.........home.
